What is The Summoning, you might wonder? The Summoning is a gathering of Game Designers to meet, share, and exchange their experiences. This event solely caters to professionals within the field of Game Design.
The idea of The Summoning came from our council, a group of veteran game designers who felt a need for a gathering just for them. Their role in the process to make the event happen is to evaluate interesting topics and companies to invite on stage.
When is the event?
Between April 8-9.
On April 8, the event runs from 11:00 to 17:30, followed by social activities including mingling and dinner. The program resumes on April 9 from 08:30 to 13:30, with lunch provided on both days.
Where is the event?
Skövde, Sweden. The venue is Insikten at Science Park Skövde.
Who can join?
This event solely caters to professionals within the field of Game Design, incuding juniors. If you’ve had any hands-on experience working in Game Design (at any point), we’d love to have you join our event.
What is included?
A ticket for the event costs 1 200 SEK including VAT. For that price, you will get access to:
